DIES AT HOME OF HER SON
Mrs. Edward F. Rugowski Sr. Was Ill Six Months


Mrs. Edward F. Rugowski, Sr., 62, a lifelong resident of Manitowoc, died at the home of her son, Louis, 10th and Dewey streets, shortly after 10 o'clock this morning. She had been ill for about six months.

The funeral services will be held at the St. Boniface Catholic church on Friday morning at 9 o'clock, and burial will be in the St. Mary's cemetery. The Rev. Anthony Jaeckle will officiate. The body will be removed from the Leschke funeral home in the Rugowski residence, 821 South 18th street, Wednesday noon, and will lie in state there until the time of the funeral.

Mrs. Rugowski was born in Manitowoc on Sept. 23, 1873. Before her marriage to Edward F. Rugowski Sr., on Feb. 3, 1896, she was Catherine O'Konski.

Her husband, one daughter, three sons, three sisters, and eleven grandchildren survive. The daughter is Mrs. James W. Beamish of Springfield, Ohio and the sons are Henry F., Edward Jr., and Louis J., all of Manitowoc, Mrs. John Mix, Mrs. Frank Merkel and Mrs. Joseph Kowalski are the sisters. One daughter, Lorraine, was killed in an automobile accident at Manitowoc Rapids on Aug. 17, 1931.

The deceased was a member of the G. U. G. Germania society No. 13.
