Howard Detillion Buried Tuesday
Funeral services were conducted at the Gano Funeral Home at 2:30 pm on Tuesday this week for William Howard Detillion, who passed away Sept.1, after an illness of four days.
He was born in Lincoln, Wash., Nov. 11, 1892, and remained there until 1927 when he went to Tonopah, Nev. After a year's work in the mines there he lived at Arcadia Calif., for two years before coming to Coos county, where he has since resided on the North Bank road.
Three brothers and three sisters, all of whom were present for the services except Mrs. Kuchell, survive: Chas., of this section; Wade of Leavenworth, Wash., Roy of the Fat Elk district; Mrs. Mary Helper, of the Coquille section; Mrs. Minnie Kuchell, of Cashmere, Wash., and Mrs. Oliver Ferber, of Yakima, Wash.
Interment was in Odd Fellows cemetery, No. 2.
