Jackson L. Cable, 76, of Independence, MO passed away on August 24, 2015 at Centerpoint Hospital. Graveside services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Mound Grove Cemetery. Jack was born in Versaliles MO on June 10, 1939 to Gladys F. (Kidwell) Cable and Francis (Frank) D. Cable. Jack married Glendora Pryor September 12, 1959. They moved to the Independence area where Jack worked at General Motors (Leeds Plant). Jack was preceded in death by his wife Glendora; parents Frank and Gladys; 2 brothers Paul and Sam; son Chris; grandson Kevin. His survivors include a daughter Carla (Cable) Alsup of Independence; a son Kenton (Greg) Cable of the home; 2 brothers Gene and Dan; daughter in law Lisa Cable; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.
