The Inquirer regrets to learn that Miss Alma, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Talley, living near Leesville, and who was carried to Austin this week in order to have her eyes treated, has been pronounced incurable. She has been suffering with her eyes for several months, but it was hoped that the trouble was only temporary.

Miss Alma Talley, aged about fifteen years, died yesterday at her parents near Leesville after a long illness. The interment takes place this afternoon in the Leesville cemetery. The young lady was afflicted with blindness several moths ago and suffered a great deal during her illness. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Talley, who have the sympathy of their many friends in their bereavement.
