WWII Army Veteran, Dean E. Troendly will be honored for his service through the Dignity Memorial Homeless Veteran Burial Program with a public memorial service on Wed. Feb. 25, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Howell, Edwards, Doerksen Funeral Home. A Committal Service with military honors will be on Thurs. Feb. 26, 2015 at 11:00 am at Willamette National Cemetery. Participating organizations include the Patriot Guard Riders, American Legion Post 180 and the Veteran's Color Guard.
He has no living family and the public is encouraged to attend. The public is also invited to visit Howell, Edwards, Doerksen Funeral Home to sign the guest book dedicated to our Homeless/Unclaimed Veterans. The book will be available in the lobby through Friday, February 27th.
