Born in Chesterfield County, Mary is the daughter of the late Robert Lide Adams, and the late Luna Deas Adams. She worked for the Hartsville Cotton Mill, and then in a theater in Charleston, and as a waitress. She was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church.
Mary is survived by a niece and many great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Black Creek Cemetery, and other times at 484 Anderson Dr. in Darlington.
