RUSSELL, E.Otho, 102, of Land 0' Lakes, went to be with his Lord Thursday, July 21, 2005, at his home. He was born in Bryan County, Okla., and moved to the Bay area from Oklahoma City in 2000. He was a Christian, an educator, school administrator and a member of North Tampa Church of Christ. He is survived by his daughter, Shirley Starks, and husband, Jim, of Land 0' Lakes; two grandchildren, Todd Starks and wife, Dana, of Lutz, and Keith Starks and wife, Rhonda, of Valrico; and three great-grandchildren, Lauren Starks, Connor Starks and Joshua Starks all of Lutz.
