• A. F. Alexi, for many years a resident of this city, died at his home on West North street abut 9 o'clock Tuesday morning. For the past several months he had been in poor health and was not able to attend to his blacksmithing business since the first part of December. For over a week preceding his death he was confined to his bed. Bright's disease was the cause of his demise.
• He was born in Linköping, Sweden, September 4, 1860. When twenty years of age he came to America and on November 27, 1888, he was married.
• His widow and one daughter, Ruth survive him.
• Funeral at 2 o'clock from the Swedish church and will be preceded by a prayer and scripture reading at the home. Rev. Osterholm will officiate, assisted by Rev. Berg. Interment will be in Oakland cemetery.
