Eva Fountain, 82, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 at her residence in Eldon, Missouri. She was born March 9, 1933 the daughter of the late Melton Frances and Mazie Dean (Goodwin) Burkhart. On February 17, 1950 in Eminence, Missouri she was united in marriage to Walter K. Fountain who preceded her in death on July 31, 2004.

Survivors, Son, Roger Fountain and wife Rita of Eldon, MO

Daughter, Cheryl Fountain and husband Al of Okeechobee, FL

Grandchildren, Kimberly Mayfield, Camillia Naught and husband Steven, Kelli Seek.

Great Grandchildren, Kwame Karanja, Henry Naught & Samuel Naught

Two grandsons, Troy & Ryan Fountain, and three brothers and five sisters preceded her in death.

Eva was an avid MU sports fan; she loved gardening and farmed all of her life. Walter and Eva moved to the Eldon area in 1976.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with Graveside Services following at 11:30 AM at the Eldon City Cemetery.
