Nancy A. (Drake) Heminger of Timber Lane, Plymouth, Indiana, died on August 17, 2015 at 5:45 a.m. at her residence following a 6 month illness.
Nancy was born on May 14, 1932 in Argos, Indiana to Claude Merle Drake and Mildred (Harrod) Drake and had lived most of her life in the Argos community.
On August 30, 1952 in Argos, Indiana she married Charles William Heminger together they shared 46 years. Charles preceded her on October 12, 1998.
Nancy and Charles owned and operated the Argos Lumber Company in Argos, Indiana from 1963 to 1996 when they retired.
Nancy had attended the Argos United Methodist Church, Argos, Indiana and was a member of the Argos American Legion Auxiliary Post #68, Argos, Indiana.
She was a graduate of Argos, High School with the class of 1950.
Nancy loved a good round of golf and adored her canine friend K.C.
Nancy is survived by her Sons – Mark Heminger and wife Suzi of Bremen, Indiana; and Chris Heminger and wife Mary Ann of Crystal River, Florida
She is precede in death by her Parents, Step-Mother – Rose Drake, and Husband – Charles W. Heminger
There will be no Funeral Services Per Nancy’s wishes and cremation will take place.
