Victorville resident Edna Frances Carroll, 81, passed away on May 24, 2006. Born on June 23, 1924, in Mount Carmel, Ill., Edna spent most of her life in the High Desert. She was a beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who spent her life loving and supporting her family. EdnaÕs greatest source of joy and pride came from her family, and she will be truly missed. Edna is survived by her daughters, Nancy Wright of Westminster and Sue Hair of Tuscon, Ariz.; grandchildren, Jim Carlton of North Carolina and Dee Carlton, Kelli Gudgeon, Kim Porter, Kasey Williams and Greg VanVelkinburgh, all of California; brother, Bob Binkley of California; sisters, Ginny Siebert, Becky Frailey and Elma Coker all of California; and 12 grandchildren. There will be no services. Burial will be at Victor Valley Memorial Park. Kern Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
