Private funeral services for L. D. Paul Collins, aged 72 years, beloved husband of Mrs. Mary Collins, who passed away at the family home Saturday, August 20, after a lingering illness, will be held Monday, August 22, at 10 a.m. from the Bingham-Dahlquist Funeral Home, 210 Prospect street, with Rev. James M. Wilson, pastor of the St. James Presbyterian church, officiating, and cremation will follow. Mr. Collins had been a resident of Bellingham for the past forty-three years, and was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal church and Whatcom lodge No. 151, F. & A. M. Aside from a host of friends who will mourn his passing, he leaves to survive his widow and two sons, James B. Collins and Dr. L. D. Paul Collins; one daughter, Miss Sarah Collins, all of this city. He also leaves to survive him two brothers, John and Richard, of Newark, Ohio. Please omit flowers.
