Jeffersonville - Luella Morris Steinberger, 85, of 300 E Maple Street, died Sunday, April 14, 1989 at Clark County Hospital. She was a native of Leavenworth. She was born 1903 to Benjamin and Mary Jane (Mollie) Carver Morris. A member of First Church of God.
Preceded her in death are her parents and husbands, Morris Gibson and Thomas Steinberger, brother, James A. Morris; sister,Lena Mae Collins.
Survivors seven sons, Morris E. Gibson of Tomball, Texas, James D. Gibson of Sarasota, Florida, Charles K. Gibson of Williams, Paul E., Benjamin and Thomas D. Steinberger; four daughters, Linda M. Carrender of Italy, Shirley L. Shepherd of Clarksville, Doris J. Hall and Judy L. Froedge; a sister, Leona Brazzel of Phoenix; a brother Howard Morris of Leavenworth; 38 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
