Billy Duane Cearley, age 76, passed away on August 8, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Billy was born on February 12, 1939 in Maysville, Arkansas. He was the son of Howard Ward and Marjorie “Irene” (Hunley) Cearley. Billy proudly served in the United States Air Guard, retiring in 1993. Billy worked for the State Park Services in Spavinaw, Oklahoma. Billy loved the outdoors; from camping to gardening. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Howard ward Cearley and Raymond Wilson and one son Michael Brian Warner. He is survived by his wife Linda Kay (Dodd) Cearley of the home, six children Larry Cearley and his wife Teresa of Coweta, OK, Charlotte Howe and her husband Lee of Jay, OK, Steve Warner and his wife Carey of Tulsa, OK, Debbie McMillian and her husband Jerry of Owasso, OK, and Marilyn Cunningham and her husband Jeff of Jay, OK. Billy is also survived by three brothers, his twin Tommy Wayne Cearley of Claremore, OK, Bob Cearley of Jay, OK, and Phillip Cearley of Grove, OK. Billy was blessed with 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; he had numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Billy will be greatly missed by all.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, Arkansas.
