Robert Lane Search Dies, Rites Tuesday
Robert Lane Search, 79, of 6006 W. 60th St., died at his home Sunday after a three-week illness.
Mr. Search, a retired janitor, came to Tulsa from California 10 years ago. He was a native of Auburn, N.Y. and a member of the Oakhurst Baptist Church.
In 1947, he and Mary Ann Kenney, then 72, were remarried after 36 years separation. Relatives said the couple was not living together, but hadn't been divorced when he died.
Also, surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Mildred young, and Mrs. Jennie Sheffield, Oakhurst, and Mrs. Eunice Moore, Austin, Texas, 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Coulter-Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery, Sapulpa.
