Survivors are his wife, Gloria; sons, John Roddey, David Roddey, both of
Charlotte; daughter, Mrs. Joan Hall of Lake Wylie; stepmother, Mrs. Cynthia
Alexander of Charlotte; one grandson.
Adopted by his aunt. He is the son of Sidney Albert Wood, Sr.
