SALUDA - Louese Edwards Bledsoe, 84, died August 8, 2015 at her home. Born in Saluda County and a daughter of the late John Wesley and Carrie Mae Rodgers Edwards, she was the wife of the late James Henry Bledsoe. Mrs. Bledsoe was a homemaker and was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, James D. (Danny) Bledsoe; two daughters, Wanda Black (Marion) and Patti Waters (Tyler) all of Saluda; two brothers, Luther Edwards of Edgefield and Henry Edwards of Ninety Six; three grandchildren, Ryan Black (Kayla) , Nikki Bodie and Slayter Waters; and two great-grandchildren, Colton and Presley Black. Interment in the Bethany United Methodist Church. Ramey Funeral Home. The Index-Journal, Aug. 10, 2015.
