Funeral services were held Monday, May 20, at 11 a.m. at Wells Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Paul Middleton officiated the service. Burial was in Forrest Memorial Park. Wells Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Woodard, daughter of the late Daniel and Alice Hill Mason, was born October 25, 1918, in Panola County. She was a homemaker and a member of Cold Springs United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Tony Woodard. She was the widow of the late Oliver J. Woodard.
Survivors include four daughters, Nettie Woodard Hudson, Martha Woodard Webb and Glynn Woodard Joslin, all of Batesville, and June Woodard McGehee of Sardis; four sons, Chester Woodard and Danny Woodard, both of Batesville, Leon Woodard of Yulee, Florida, and David Woodard of San Antonio, Texas; 20 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild.
