MEREDITH, SONNY "JAMES T." 77, of Louisville, passed away in his sleep, at the home of his son, on Wednesday, February 6, 2008.
He was born on June 16, 1930 to Harvey and Louella (Grice) Meredith. His first wife, Wilma Doris Lay died in 1963.
He is survived by his second wife, Lillie "Momma Lil"; and his four children, Tom Meredith, Barbara Carlton, Vicki Kirk and David Meredith; five grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. He also is survived by sisters, Jean Miles, Linda Burkhead and Gayle "Peewee" Machado; and several nieces and nephews.
