J.M Arganbright, who had lived in this community since 1883 passed away at the St. Joseph Hospital Tuesday shortly before 3:00 O'clock. He had been confined to the hospital for the past week having suffered a stroke before entering.
Jacob M. Arganbright was born December 15, 1872, Ross County Ohio and moved with his parents Madison and Margaret Dixon Arganbright to Keokuk County in 1883. On February 24 1898, he was united in marriage to Luella Bergman. She preceded him in death September 26, 1963. he was a member of the Hedrick Methodist Church.
Surviving are a half brother of Bladensburg, a half sister Miar of Hedrick, a number of nieces and nephews and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Fremont Funeral Chapel Friday at 1:30 P.M. The Rev. Robert Ellis Of the Hedrick Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in the Brooks Cemetery near Hedrick
