Irma D. Unverfehrt, 88, of Independence Village in Peoria, formerly of Roanoke, died at 10:40 p.m. Sunday, April 11, 1999, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Born July 7, 1910, in Roanoke to Albert and Rena Rahmeyer Beenders, she married Elmer Unverfehrt on Nov. 20, 1940, in Roanoke. He died June 14, 1991, in Roanoke. Three brothers, two sisters and one grandson also preceded her in death. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Lois) Beltrame of Richmond, Ind., Mrs. Lowell (Alice) Grieves of Peoria, Mrs. Ronald (Joanne) Quiram of Phoenix and Ruth Unverfehrt of Milwaukee; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
