On July 26, 2015, at the age of 56, Melody passed away. She was the kindest and extremely caring woman – a woman who never met anyone she didn’t like. A loving wife, great step-mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with family and friends. Always an active person, she enjoyed playing softball, volleyball, racquetball, and the always active poker game.

She leaves behind a family that is saddened by her passing, but will celebrate her life. A husband of 20 years, Jimmy Daniel; three step-children: Jennifer (Carey) Hall, Jonathan (Kristen) Daniel, Christy Daniel; and four grandchildren, Josh Cook, Patrick Hall, Daylen Hall, Kadence Hall; brother-in-law, Dennis (Tammy) Daniel; sister-in-law, Liza (Albert) Simmons. Melody was born on January 19, 1959 in Mifflentown, Pennsylvania. A graduate of East Juniata High School (Valedictorian) Class of 1976. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
