Fae Eleanor Eisenbrandt, 76, Lenexa, a former teacher, died April 9, 1994, in Delmar Gardens of Lenexa. Memorial services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Village Presbyterian Church; cremation, with private burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family suggests contributions for Parkinson's disease research in care of the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn.

Mrs. Eisenbrandt formerly taught at Woodland Demonstration School. She was a secretary for the Army and Air Force before she retired. She attended the University of Kansas City and graduated from Kansas City Teachers College in 1939. She was a member of the church. She was a member and past president of the Women's Club at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She was a founding member of the Johnson County Organ Club. She was born in Cass Lake, Minn., and lived in this area most of her life.

Survivors include her husband, Leslie L. Eisenbrandt of the home; two sons, Dr. Fred E. Patrick, Topeka, Kan., and Robert L. Patrick, Kansas City; two stepsons, James L. Eisenbrandt, Overland Park, and Dr. David L. Eisenbrandt, Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother, Dick Evans, Heyburn, Idaho; and seven grandchildren.
