A native of Jackson County, Mr. Green was a son of the late Stevens and Helen Johnson. She was a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Hilda J. Martin, Hot Spring, Ark., and Helen J. Scott, Louisville, Ky.; and nephews.
