Marion Franklin Webb was born April 32, 1934 at Headrick, OK to Benjamin Franklin Webb and Audie Rae (LeMaster) Webb. He went home to be with the Lord on July 28, 2015.
Frank was the oldest son in a family of nine. He bore many responsibilities and made many sacrifices to help his family from the days of his youth in depression era Oklahoma.
As a young man Frank joined the United States Marine Corp and was in the legendary 1st Marine Division in the Korean War, who being surrounded and outnumbered 30 to 1 fought their way out in the frigid sub zero weather. Frank attained the rank of Sergeant, was a decorated war veteran and a member of the Marine boxing program.
After his service, on July 7, 1955, Frank married the love of his life Coeta Mae Spears, daughter of Tom and Delphia (Perry) Spears. Frank and Coeta had a very loving home and relationship in their sixty years of marriage together. They were blessed with five children, Coeta Elaine, Bennie Thomas, Elizabeth Dawn, Marian June and Paul Raedel. Frank was always an honorable, loving and supportive husband, father, and grandfather to his family.
Frank worked as an ASE Dealership Mechanic and retired from his local ford dealership in 1997.
Frank and Coeta enjoyed 18 years of retirement together with their grandchildren and pets. They loved spending time together and making trips to visit family and friends.
Frank was a non-denominational Christian and excellent student of the bible. Frank was also a published poet and songwriter and had offerings of his work printed locally through the years.
Frank defined excellence and honor in a human being and will always be remembered by his family with reverence.
Frank is survived by his wife, Coeta; his five children; his children by marriage, Ronald Wilson, Marshall Northrup, Tim Turner and Jodie Webb; his many grand and great grandchildren; nephews; nieces; sisters, Wanda Baysinger of CA, Shirley Leeper of OK, and Judi Grayson of CA.
