Surviving are his widow, Mary B. Foley; three daughter, Mrs. Hazel Purvis, Mrs. Bessie King of this city; three sons, Douglas Foley of Washington, D.C., Cecil and Harry Foley of this city. One daughter preceded him in death. Also surviving are on half-brother, Joseph Foley of Mineral Wells, and then grandchildren. Mr. Foley was a member of the Baptist church. The body was removed to the Vaughan funeral home pending completion of funeral arrangements.
