Jerry Levi Jordan, age 75, of Shawnee. Born December 27, 1939 to Dewey and Jewel (Dunkin) Jordan of Shawnee.

Jerry graduated from Shawnee High School in 1958. He married his High School sweetheart, Lois Haug on September 20, 1958. He worked at several Auto supply stores in Shawnee before becoming one of the first employees at Exxon-Mobil in Shawnee, which he retired from in 2003.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, dune buggies and restoring old cars and trucks. He got his love of automobiles and skills as a mechanic from his father, who owned his own garage on North Harrison Street in Shawnee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Joy (Rita) Hendon and Lynn Hill.

He is survived by his wife, Lois Jordan of the home, son Gary Jordan and wife Terri of Shawnee, daughter Lisa Wright and husband Jeff of Shawnee. Sister Jean Newby and husband Harold of Chandler. Grandchildren, Jennifer Edwards and husband Chris of Norman, Kim Jordan of Shawnee, Ethan Wright and Austin Wright of Shawnee. Great Grandchildren, Malachai Tramble and Mackenzie Edwards.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday July 30, 2015. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel on Friday July 30, 2015. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
