Teodoro Megia (April 15, 1913 Bamban, Tarlac - June 16, 1965) Oceanographer.

Received a B.S. in sugar technology from the University of the Philippines College of Agriculture, 1937. Master of Science at University of Washington, 1956. He became a chemist at the Central Azucarera del Norte and for the Philippine Fishery Program. He was chairman of the Department of Fisheries at U.P. and oceanographer at the Bureau of Fisheries where he conducted experiments after being with the Galatea exploration cast of the Philippines.
