Alpine - Daniel Pannell 71, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Union County Baptist Hospital. He was a used car dealer and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting knives and spending time with his family. He was a member of Jericho Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Jericho Baptist Church with Bro. Marvin Robbins and Bro. Eric Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Jericho Cemetery. Waters Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Pannell of Alpine; children, Marsha Roberts (Rickey), John Pannell (Jan) and Lynsee Pannell; grandchildren, Hayley Roberson (T.J.), Jud Roberts, John Malcom Pannell (Hannah), Sallie Pannell, Cadi Springer and Lillie Springer; great-grandchildren, Hattie, Della and Darby Roberson; brothers, Norman Pannell, Mitchell Pannell, Rickey Pannell (Brenda), Gene Pannell (Patricia); sisters, Willie Helton, Linda Roberts (Ronny) and Janie Conway (Mike); numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyce and Ovie Mae Pannell and a brother, Marvin Pannell.
Pallbearers will be Jud Roberts, John Malcolm Pannell, T.J. Roberson, Brett Rakestraw, Joe Dan Roberts, Ronnie Bell and Brad Herndon.
