Married Stella Kathryn Margaret Morlang on 28 April 1920 in Scranton. He was a retired salesman for the National Biscuit Company. He loved his garden and loved to fish. Most of all, he loved his church and his family. He and Stella are buried in a plot adjoining those of her sisters, Charlotte Morlang Baumgardner and Elsa Morlang Allen.
