Dr Foley was called, who pronounced it paralysis on the left side. He did not consider it dangerous at the time as Mr Schumann was conscious and could get around. He was in no pain. After the doctor left Mr Schumanns son preceded to his home. His friends were not alarmed about his condition as he did not appear any worse until near 10 in the evening when he had another stroke from which he did not recover.
