Donald L. Gilliland, 10, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gilliland, died of leukemia Tuesday in University Hospital, Columbus. He had been hospitalized a month. During his 10-monh illness he had been in the hospital three times previously.
Surviving with his parents are a sister, Patricia; two brothers, Franklin and Jerry; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hedge of Wayne and Mrs. Leah Gilliland of Malinta.
Donald was a fifth grade pupil.
The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Wayne Methodist Church. The Rev. Charles Stephens will officiate. Burial will be in Graham Cemetery. Friends may call today at the Baublitz Funeral Home, Wayne.
