Joe is survied by his youngest sister Tamra Cloud of New Cuyama, CA . where his lived until his death. He leaves behind his son Robert & daughter in law Angel Cloud of Paris, Arkansas & daughter Mechelle Cloud -Kellogg-Everidge & son in law Stan Everidge of Bakersfield ,CA and 3 grandsons from his daughter Mechelle. Grandson Kyle & wife Katelyn Kellogg & great grand children Sophia & Asher and Grandsons Casey Kellogg & Austin Morales, all of Bakersfield. Also numerous extended family & many friends.
Joe was a long time Oil field worker & crane operator, starting out on a work over rig at age 18, he quickly advanced to rig operator & Rig supervisor by the time he was 26 working through out Bakersfield & Taft area. Joe was born in Taft and a resident of Bakersfield, Oildale, New Cuyama & Taft area his whole life. He was preceded in death by his second wife Chris McDonald- Cloud and his parents, grandparents and his older siblings Cheryl Rodden & Jim Cloud. He will be missed by all, Rest in Peace.
