Nadine Vivian Raffo, age 74 of Bellingham, Whatcom County resident for 49 years, died on Tuesday, September 17, 1996 at home. She was born January 9, 1922 in Ferndale.
For 13 years she was a foster parent; loved to take care of people; and was very giving.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Raffo on March 25, 1985; two sons, Karl Raffo and Dallas Raffo. Mrs. Raffo is survived by two daughters, Kearrie Northington and husband David of Everson, Windy White and husband Robert of Bellingham; two sons, Roy Raffo of Bellingham, and Nick Raffo of Bellingham; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A Graveside Inurnment Service will be held Saturday, September 21, 199 at 1 pm at Ten Mile Cemetery with Rev. Jim Williams officiating. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Arrangements by Moles Funeral Home in Ferndale.
