Jean B. Casey Age 88, of Mooresville, passed away Thursday afternoon, September 8, 2005 at her residence. She was born April 2, 1917 in Johnson County, Indiana, daughter of the late James Albert and Margaret (Tackett) Beck. Jean retired in 1993 after 26 years as a Custodian for Northwood Elementry School, Mooresville, IN. She was a member of Bluff Creek Christian Church and a 50 year member of Pythian Sisters. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Allison Casey, whom she married September 10, 1936; brothers, Scott and Marvin Beck; and sisters, Helen Zaring and Joy Beck. Survivors include a son, James Casey of Mooresville; daughter, Martha A. Lowe of Mooresville; grandchild, Michael Lowe of Mooresville. Pastor Terry Crist will officiate Graveside services and burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2005 in Bluff Creek Cemetery, Bargersville. Memorial contributions may be made to Mooresville Senior Citizens Center, 4305 E. SR 144, Mooresville, IN 46258. Final care and arrangements entrusted to Carlisle & Son Funeral Home, Mooresville.
