Pearl Elizabeth Scroggins, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away July 18, 2015, at the age of 89. She was born October 21, 1925, in Paducah, Kentucky, to Ed and Dorathy (Woods) Dowdy.
Pearl was a member of Highway of Holiness Church. She enjoyed walking and being outdoors. Pearl enjoyed watching the “Pink Panther,” “Andy Griffith” and Chuck Norris in “Walker Texas Ranger.” She also enjoyed watching older movies. Pearl was a homemaker and she enjoyed cooking for her family. She was a dedicated Christian and enjoyed going to church. Pearl was a quiet, loving, and caring person. Her first love was spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; and a son.
