Patricia Ann Wheet was born Aug. 31, 1931, in Peoria, to Strother and Thelma Brighton Dorsey. She married Carl "Wallie" Wheet on Dec. 23, 1951, in Pekin and he preceded her in death, on Dec.9, 2000.
She also was preceded in death by one brother, Jack.
Survivors include three sons, Jeff (Ann) Wheet, Brad (Jeri-Ann) Wheet and Greg (Chris) Wheet; seven grandchildren, Bob, Jared, Andy Daric and Michael Wheet, Ashleigh (Mark) Stalter and Heidi (Chad) Land; and for great-grandchildren Gavin Stalter, and Matthew, Jenna and Ethan Land.
She died at the hme of her son in Hopedale, on Feb. 16 2009.
