"Mrs Susie Range Henton, 45, of Centerville, RD 3, died at 10:30 am yesterday at Titusville Hospital after a short illness. She was born Oct 8, 1916, at Stewarts Run, the daughter of Jay and Edith Hoovler Range of Neilltown. She married Frank Henton, March 19, 1938. Surviving besides her husband and parents are nine daughters, Mrs Carl Johnson of Wattsburg; Mrs Homer Chappel of Centerville, RD 1; Mrs Margaret Nunemaker of Grand Valley; Mrs Hazel Nunemaker of Spartansburg, RD 2; Lydia, Mary, Susan and Marilyn Henton, all at home and Linda Henton of Duke Center; five sons, Elwin Henton of Duke Center; Lawrence, James, Charles and Thomas Henton, all at home; four sisters, Mrs Ruth Bingman of Franklin; Mrs Ethel Hunt of Titusville; Mrs Dorothy Schmidt of Cleveland; and Mrs Donna Combs of Cranberry; one brother, Charles Raines (sic) [Range] of Neilltown; and 13 grandchildren. Friends may call at the Gordon C Tracy Home of Funerals...The funeral service will be held there at 1:30 pm Friday with Rev Mr Wood of Little Cooley officiating. Interment will be in Covenanter Cemetery."
