Janice E. Abelseth, age 86 of Hettinger, formerly of Prairie City, SD; passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at the Western Horizons Care Center in Hettinger with family at her side following a lengthy battle with cancer.

The funeral service for Janice will be held at 10:30am Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Centennial Chapel of the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home in Hettinger.

Pastor Bradley Abelseth will officiate with burial in the Glendo Cemetery in Perkins County, rural Prairie City, SD.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 to 7:00pm at the Centennial Chapel of the Evanson-Jensen Funeral Home in Hettinger.
