Julia L. Stewart, age 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1959, passed away in Stigler, OK on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Julia is survived by her children, Herman Stewart and his wife, Nancy, Earl Wayne Stewart and his wife, Debbie, Everett Stewart and Kathryn Stern and her husband, Sonny, grandchildren, Lynn Logsdon and Bryan Logsdon, two great-grandchildren, Angel and Jerry and other relatives and friends.
Julia was born in 1925 in Las Vegas, NM to Severo and Catarina López.
Julia was a loving mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at French – Lomas. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 9:00 a.m followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 a.m at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 403 Valencia Street, Las Vegas, NM. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Las Vegas, NM.
