She was born on July 10, 1929 in Payneville to the late Lillian E. Barr and Fred B. Redmon.
Verna Mae was an Avon representative for over 50 Years.
She is survived by two nieces, Terri Nevitt and Donna Knott; five nephews, Martin, Mark, Stacy, Denny and Jimmy Redmon and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 17, 2015 at 11 a.m. EDT from St. Mary Magdalen of Pazzi Church in Payneville.
Visitation will be held Thursday July 16 from 1:30-8 p.m. EDT from the Chapel of Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home.
