She is survived by her parents, Brad and Lisa Western; brother Alex Western; grandmothers, Wanda Giffin and Peggy Western; numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends; and a devoted boyfriend, Kent Barrett. Chelsea joins her grandfathers, C.C. Giffin and Ernie Western in Heaven. Chelsea was a sophomore at Hermitage High School.
