Obituary from the Idaho State Journal, Pocatello, Nov 4, 1976:

Russeil A. Stephenson, 67, died Tuesday In Ogden of natural causes. He was born Sept. 18, 1909 at Blue Jacket, Okla. to Augustus J. and Dana Wells Stephenson. He married Ruby Bea Nielsen Nov. 27, 1936 in Salt Lake City.

He was a graduate of Bear River High School and attended several business colleges. He was chief of finance and comptroller at Hill Air Force Base. He retired In 1973.

He was a member of the LDS Church, was a veteran of World War II and a member of the BPOE.

Survivors include his wife of Ogden; two sons, Michael L. Stephenson of North Ogden and Treve R. Stephenson of Lafett, Calif.; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. T. Dean (Eva) Parkinson of Pocatello and Mrs. Raford G. (Dana) Benson of Malad.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday in the Ogden 43rd Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Lindqulst and Sons Mortuary In Ogden Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and at the chapel one hour before services. Burial will be at the Portage, Utah cemetery with military rites by Ernest Jones Post No. 65 of Malad. Funeral arrangements are by Benson Funeral Home.
