Dulcie Tinney
A service for Dulcie R. Tinney, a 71-year resident of Clark County, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Tinney, 80, died Thursday.

She was born Dec 17, 1898, in Bridgeport, Kan. She resided at 823 NE 130th St. at the time of her death.

She was a cook at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Vancouver for 10 years, and she loved gardening and her family, according to close friends.

She was a former member of Rebekah Lodge.

Survivors include two daughters, Darlene Hall of Vancouver and Vivienne Imus of Cottage Grove, Ore.; four brothers, Warren Clapp of Portland, Melvin Clapp of Camas, Harry Clapp of Orchards and Maynard Clapp of Vancouver; four sisters, Merle Duck of Vancouver, Mardell McCusker of Silverdale, Wash., Myrtle Radford of Sublimity, Ore., and Viva Mullen of Gila, Ariz.; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

The Rev. Hugh Salsbury of the First Free Evangelical Church will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
