Julia L. Austin, 91, formerly of 433 N. Chatham, died Sunday in Cedar Crest Health Care Center where she had resided for the past year.
She was born in the Town of Janesville Dec. 23, 1886, and graduated from Janesville High School in 1904. She also attended Lawrence College, Appleton.
Miss Austin was employed at the Rock County clerk's office for 42 years prior to her retirement in 1962.
She was a member of Cargill United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star Chapter 69 and Zion White Shrine 15.
Surviving are two brothers, Frank of Watertown and Harvey of San Diego, Calif., and numerous nieces and nephews...
