ANDERSON — Cary Ronald Abrom, 70, Anderson, passed away on July 4, 2015.

He was previously employed at Don’s Barbecue.

He attended Triumph Church and he was also a former member of New Hope United Methodist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a brother, Larry (Naomi) Abrom Sr. of Anderson; four nephews, Larry (LeAnn) Abrom, Dallas, Texas, Corey Abrom and Willie English Jr., Anderson, and Eric (Tameka) English, Wentzville, Mo.; great-nieces and great-nephews, Adrian Abrom, Eric English Jr., Chauncey C. Abrom, Terrance English and Terrnisha English; a great-niece, TA’Mariion J. English; great-great-nieces and great-great nephews, Jerran English, Mi’Mi English and Kamarrion English; and a host of special close cousins and friends.

A special thank you to Dr. Malik, Brad Recter NP, John Cranor RN, Shelby Sloan RN, Amanda Davis RN, Megan Sanchagz RN, and Ryan Robertson of Aspire Inc.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph Abrom Jr. and Mamie Abrom; a sister, Diane English; and a close friend, Jim Rozier.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Triumph Church, 2116 Henry St., Anderson, with Pastor Wayne Redding officiating. Calling will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the church.

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Arrangements entrusted to Gholar & Gholar Funeral Services, 2223 Nichol Ave., Anderson.
