She was united in marriage to Morris Walter Williams, SR., on July 7, 1952; to this union five Children were born.
Mrs. Williams accepter Christ as her Savior and Lord at an early age and she was a member of Peace Baptist Church but later joined St. Luke's Baptist Church where she served as a member of the Usher's Board.
Mrs. Williams departed this life on July 3, 2015. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Williams nee Brewer, and her sister, Kathryn McFarland nee Meadors. She leaves to cherish her Memory: her daughter, Reshell Williams nee Lee (Cobie); three sons, Morris Walter Williams, Jr. (Janice), Calvin Ronald Williams, US Army (Ret.) (Denise), and Darrell Glen Williams; four sisters, Dorothy McFarland nee Smoot, Vurniece McFarland Crossley, Thelma McFarland nee Bowen, (Jimmie), Deloris McFarland of Los Angeles, California and Vurnest McFarland, Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and beloved friends.
