He was a son of Thomas Nathan Noe and Elizabeth (Lee) Noe. He was listed in the 1900 census, but never showed up in the 1910 census in Rockcastle Co., Ky, nor have I been able to find any other records of him. Perhaps Noble was a middle name and he was known by a 1st name after 1900 if he was living. But I know he existed and he deserves a Memorial and to be linked to his family.
