From Marcus Taylor (2nd son): A. C. Sr. may have been working for the railroad when he met and married my mother, Ola Wells in Leesville, Gonzales Co, TX, December 29, 1909. He was a farmer/rancher until they moved to San Angelo where he worked at Mathas Field. A mechanic building bombardiers for the Army Air Corps. After the war, he was laid off at the age of 62. He became an avid fisherman until his death.
