Ruth Charlene Lowe, 80, of Oklahoma City, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015. She was born on November 20, 1934, the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Feagins. She was formerly the Director of Human Resources for Little Giant Pump Co., and was an active member of North MacArthur Church of Christ. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She lived in many places due to being an Air Force wife. She was a blessing to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Beatrice Pauline Livingston and Helen Maxine Knight; and brother, Clifford “Bud” Hugh Feagins. She was survived by her husband, Stanley E. Lowe, Sr. of Oklahoma City; son Stanley E. Lowe, Jr. and wife Julia of Gattlinburg, Tennessee; daughter Vicki Renya Bott and husband David of Oklahoma City; seven grandchildren, Robert Lowe of Kingston, OK, Kimberly Camp of Yukon, OK, Elizabeth Lowe of Clackamus, Oregon, Michael Lowe of Shawnee, OK, Stephanie Carrington of Sedona, Arizona, Russell Lowe of Shawnee, OK, John Ryan Lowe of Jenks, OK; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was on Wednesday, July 8th, from 10 AM to 8 PM, at the funeral home, with the family present to greet guests from 6–8 PM. Services to celebrate her life were held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2015, in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service, Oklahoma City.
